Brief

Reduce the amount of young people binge drinking in Chesterfield and promote safer drinking.


Solution

Create a viral campaign, combining comedy with the darker side of binge drinking, and use mobile-phone-style videos to communicate safer drinking tips and advice to the young people of Chesterfield.

 

Outcome

The campaign received national coverage with features running on Sky News, The Telegraph and The BBC. Over 30,000 people have viewed the Cocktales clips on YouTube and the feedback from Chesterfield's young people has been overwhelming positive.
